Want to Share Your Ideas on the Tigard Triangle?

The City of Tigard is working with a graduate student team from Portland State University (PSU) to explore walkability in the Tigard Triangle.

As part of their final project, these grad students need to hear from people who spend time in or with a strong connection to the Tigard Triangle.  The team from PSU is gathering community priorities on pedestrian conditions in the Triangle during a one-hour focus group Thursday, March 31. They want to hear from you about your priorities.

Please join us if you're able and pass along this invite to others who may be interested. Refreshments will be provided.
  • WHAT: Tigard Triangle Walkability Focus Group
  • WHEN: 5-6 p.m., Thursday, March 31
  • WHERE: Well & Good Coffee House, 7357 SW Beveland St, Tigard, OR
You can RSVP to davislin@pdx.edu, so we have an idea of attendance.

Your input will help this team create recommendations that can improve safety, walkability, boost small business investment, and livability in the Tigard Triangle.

Find out more about the project here: http://www.tigard-or.gov/value_of_place.php. Updates will be provided throughout the project -- including an additional short survey, an interactive community-created map of pedestrian needs, and information about a community focused planning workshop on April 20. You’ll hear more about these activities at the focus group meeting on March 31.
